With financial insecurity, he knew he had to get his life on track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his second time, Caleb met with TtW Career Consultant Skye. Determined to find an apprenticeship, Skye assisted Caleb with job preparation until his confidence grew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skye later connected Caleb to an Australian Apprentice Support Centre which had a mechanic apprenticeship vacancy. He was successful in securing the role. In his new job, OCTEC supported him with the purchase of safety gear and tools. Caleb&#8217;s apprenticeship support officer praised him for his workplace performance and reliability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Caleb embraced his new role with enthusiasm and dedication, quickly becoming an integral part of the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI was looking for an apprenticeship and I was determined to make it a success. As time went on, I could feel my confidence growing.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>CALEB<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Caleb&#8217;s journey not only transformed his own life but also inspired those around him.
