She secured an interview shortly after applying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Following a successful interview, Lenka immediately landed the job and commenced employment as a caregiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Diletta maintained regular contact to ensure everything ran smoothly as Lenka started in her new position. OCTEC continued to support Lenka with travel vouchers and post placement support visits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After her anxiety of entering the workforce again, Lenka couldn\u2019t be any happier with her new role in aged care.
