Transition to Work is built around you, your goals and your situation. We help you develop skills and confidence through career guidance, work experience and training – and we connect you with community support if required.

Financial costs are covered for starting work or study, and to support employers who take you on.

Transition to Work could be the right fit if you are:
  • Aged 15 to 24 years old
  • Not in employment or education
  • Australian citizen or appropriate visa holder
  • Education, recent employment and income support to be assessed
